All of our physicians are board certified. Each is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons or the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
ALAN BERGER
M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Berger is a 1976 graduate of Temple Medical School in Philadelphia, PA. From 1976 to 1981, he was a Surgical Intern and Resident of Temple University Hospital. His Vascular Surgery Fellowship was completed in 1982 at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ.
VICTOR J. CELANI
M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Celani is a 1973 graduate of Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. From 1973 to 1978, he was a Surgical intern and
Resident at Boston University/Boston City Hospital in Boston, MA. His Vascular Surgery Fellowship was completed in 1979 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center in Allentown, PA.
JAMES J.GOODREAU
M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Goodreau graduated from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1972. His Surgical Internship and Residency were completed at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD in 1977. He completed his Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL in 1978.

Dr. McCullough is a 1980 graduate from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. His Surgical Internship and Residency were completed in 1986 at the University of VA. His Vascular Surgery Fellowship was completed in 1988 at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
JOHN F. WELKIE
M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Welkie is a 1985 graduate of Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his Surgical Residency in 1990 at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, OH. He completed a Vascular Surgery Fellowship in 1992 at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
MONICA MELO
R.N., ACNS-BC
Monica graduated from Cedar Crest College in 1992 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at DeSales University in 2007. She is board certified as an Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist as well as a Foot & Nail Care Nurse.She has been certified as a Wound, Ostomy, & Continence Nurse since 1994.
